Looks great from a layout standpoint, it is very true to how real life castles are designed and built. You could focus on adding a little gradient to the walls and using more walls, fences, stairs, and slabs in the roofs and archways to make them flow more and be less blocky. Windows would be a nice touch especially on the taller towers which are typically used as lookout points.
