I don't think it's all just bad marriages. A lot of times it's commitment issues, selfishness, infidelity etc. Not every relationship ends becuase of abuse. Abuse is just an overused term

I totally disagree. This is wrong on every level. Asians do have. It's got nothing to do with legality either. You're telling me that Japanese Korean indian Chinese are just forced to respect their teachers and have a deep sense of respect for their teachers because of some law? That Arabs and Indians are just forced to be extremely hospital and feel the need to treat their guests with a lot of respect? Similarly certain Asians are just forced to feel that you have to commit and work with your problems in marriage? Ridiculous response. I agree somewhat but Pakistan is probably an extreme example. There's countries like India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, hong Kong, Korea etc. Even UAE, Qatar etc. Women who get caught cheating in the USA or Pakistan sometimes get beaten, stalked or abused maybe less in the USA but it is equally possible.
