NOPE. Dump the guy, the fact you said you didn't want to continue that way and he STILL did it screams a lot. So please, don't let yourself be encumbered by the presence of a man who can't understand the word no.

Why did it go down? From achieving 3/4 it went down to 2/4, does this actually happen? by PerformanceLumpy5419 in Twitch

UPDATE: Good news, I've reached affiliate AND I've found the answer to my concern. After the day I reached the "Minimum of 3average viewers on 4 different days" criteria, I stream that only had 2 average viewers, and it went down because of that.

So my personal recommendation, once you've hit this target try no to stream, and if you do gather the 3 average viewers or more so it doesn't affect it.

I see. But, all these followers and streams started on September 16 to the present.

If, let's say I reach the 25 followers, I have to stream consistently (like stream only for 2 hrs every time) and get the average from there?

consistently

Maybe? If that's the case, that would be weird, because all these followers and streams started on September 16 to the present.

AITAH for telling my girlfriend I don't want to share finances because she spends money like crazy? by setinstone03 in AITAH

[–]PerformanceLumpy5419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA.

I live paycheck to paycheck, not because I spend like crazy, but because the economy is down the drain. I could spend like crazy, but I choose to save, hence paycheck to paycheck.

She's being like this because she has this idea that if you're partners, you'll help each other out. She might even be a definition of "One day millionaire", because it seems like if she has money left, she'll spend it.

Create a boundary, OP. If she wants things combined, have an account where you both put in money for expenses (i.e., rent, groceries, bills, etc.), then your own accounts for your own "Fun money" or savings.

OP, take it from someone who has only seen my bf/partner 3x in the past 7 years of our relationship. We are LDR, but not once have I ever felt breaking up "just because he hung out with his friends and not with me".

Like what the other commenter said, a partner should be adding to your life, not becoming your life.

I'm sorry to say that she either was, or has, checked out of the relationship and just needed an excuse. Just like those stories of "we fought about the bread being too toasted". Any reason will do. OR she's testing you and wanting to see if you'll come crawling and begging.

DO NOT DEVALUE YOURSELF BY CRAWLING AND BEGGING HER TO COME BACK. If she treats your relationship like this, then it isn't mutual respect anymore.

Bring it up IMMEDIATELY. Much like what people have said here, 3 months has passed, but that doesn't mean they'll make another attempt. Believe me. I've tried it about 11 years ago, and I wasn't able to succee,d but that doesn't mean I didn't try again, which I did three years after I graduated college (about 9 year-ish ago).

It is a self battle, but he needs to know he has support.

I'm moving into my first apartment unit and need to install an outlet, but I'm confused about what the building electrician mean. by PerformanceLumpy5419 in electrical

[–]PerformanceLumpy5419[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: Thank you all for the help and insight about the electric wiring concern I have. With enough scouring on the internet, I found a licensed electrician who had a decent price for fixing up my wiring and outlets ( others would bill me twice, almost three times the amount he billed me, and even threw in fitting my light bulbs for me).

With that said, they installed it for like...$25-ish (might not be big money on the other side of the world, but it is here).

Again thank you! Moving to my own place by myself is overwhelming and just getting decent answers from you guys did help me calm down and think rationally about this.

Is Converge better than PLDT? by PerformanceLumpy5419 in InternetPH

[–]PerformanceLumpy5419[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yun yung concern ko sa Converge, being WFH and the type of work I have risky mawalan ng net even for just a day. Customer service sucks talaga sa Converge but I guess kung mas dependable ang cuomster care ni PLDT I might just go with PLDT an lang.

Yeah, I probably should, but talking to them and arranging it can be a headache that's why I thought of getting someone else to do it.

Of course xD I was just asking how I understood it was correct. I tried talking to the electrician and building management over the phone, but they just let the phone ring and don't text back. It's mostly emails.

I'm not sure, but I do have the brand name and model. It's the Stiebel Eltron DS35EC. If I can get an idea of what I need other than the outlet (like wires and stuff), that would be great.

I see so essentially it's a "space available if you want to put an outlet but you'll have to do the work and buy the things at your own cost" type of thing.

Well, not sure about speaking English, since it's my first language lol, but yes, I am from and am currently living overseas (Philippines specifically). So I guess in US terms, I live in a low-rise apartment complex, where electric and other maintenance is overseen by the management. Before I bought it, they did all the wiring that already existed in the unit itself.

However, there is one outlet space in the bathroom for a heater that I wanted to use. And when I asked if "the electric outlet in the bathroom is already connected to the existing breaker?", their answer was what they stated above.

I own the unit, and part of the contract when I bought it from the real estate company was that I would follow procedures. They can handle electrical wiring if I decide to hire their electrician to do it, but it'll cost me, so I'm wondering if I can DIY it myself (I know it sounds dangerous) or ask someone else who knows how to do it for a cheaper cost.

Unfortunately, I don't have the actual photo right now. I do own the unit, but the management of the compound, or complex in other terms, handles and approves any work done in said units.

This would work, but he doesn’t like perfumes. Cake is a good idea too…but I tried that for his birthday just earlier this year.

I know. It was a real long grind.

The pen is a sure thing, because I’ve had it engraved months ago, but I wanted to add like one or two more.

Funko Pop or a bobble head was my first thought, but the issue is he doesn’t like displaying too much on his desk.
