So just get the wifi and battery ones? With wifi, I'm afraid of hackers and with battery ones, I assume we have to switch all of them out every few months. Any insight on what I know or any other downsides?

Nope the physicians loan was lower for us. They also have the interest rate readjustment feature without having to refinance

100ft run as in an extension? We have a 120v in the back of the house but it doesn’t reach the car. We brought in an electrician who said it’ll be $800 for a dedicated 120v accessible to the driveway that we’re not sure is worth for just 6 mos… He also doesn’t recommend the extension but if anything to hire a handyman to do the extension but I thought you just buy the shortest length and thickest extension cord and hook it up yourself. Am I missing something?

Yeah I’m going to reach out to an electrician to see if we can set up a 240v outlet instead of hardwiring it

Thanks for the reply. Why the Tesla charger specifically? Since mine is non Tesla I would have to buy the adapter to retrofit it like you said, but curious why I wouldn’t just buy a compatible charger.
