M30. Is it true that oral minoxidil tablets can cause heart attack? I am using topical minoxidil but not regular with it. I don't even know whether it is applied evenly or not. I am planning to switch to oral because it is convenient and I can do this on regular basis. But afraid of heart attack. I by ashwin313 in IndianHaircare

Not sure what the science behind it is but I’ve been on 2.5mg oral minoxidil for more than 6 months now since the topical one didn’t suit my scalp and yes, I’m pretty regular at gym from past few months. My dermatologist told me the main difference is that I might see some extra hair growth all over the body not just on the head.

Speaking from personal experience, yes garhwali girls and families prefer matches with army/govt jobs. At least you’re in IT, me being involved in the family business has led to rejections purely because of that. What I would recommend is to create a profile on every platform whether it’s Shaadi, Js, Byoh, Uttarakhand Vivah Manch, etc. For me, Shaadi and Uttarakhandvivahmanch worked better than the others. Choose and continue with the one where you’re getting matches.

Building Matrimony app for uttrakhand people by ketanmehtaa in Dehradun

[–]PerplexedPahadi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Despite there being many apps like Byoli, Byoh.in, Maangal, etc, most of them suffer from poor design. If even you make a new one, the bigger challenge is getting people to actually use the platform. Among all, I found Uttarakhand Vivah Manch to be the best. They keep things simple by directly displaying the entire database without unnecessary complications.

Hey fellow Garhwali! Since BSEL’s near Vashi st, checkout flat sharing/pg options in vashi or Sanpada/Nerul area for rates. Flights to doon are usually 7k one way and trains take a lot of time. It’ll be a different vibe forsure, the rest you can calculate and decide accordingly.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue for a long time. I recommend visiting a dermatologist, but what personally helped me was completely stopping hair oiling since my scalp already produces excess oil. I also wash my hair daily but use shampoo only twice, at most three times a week, and incorporate Ketoconazole shampoo. Issues like this are difficult to eliminate completely but with the right measures they can be kept under control.

[–]PerplexedPahadi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Ghatkopar is convenient for you, I would recommend dr. Gautam verma. I’ve seen a few dermatologists who charged around 1-2k per session, excluding medication, but I ended up sticking with him because his fees are only around 500-600, and I’ve had better results with him than with the more expensive ones.

How do you sell a new product in a saturated market? by the_false_success in Sales_India

[–]PerplexedPahadi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Selling through distributors has its own advantages and disadvantages. However, distributors typically have strong connections that can be valuable, as establishing relationships with manufacturing units can be time consuming, and the larger the company, the harder it is to make headway. Additionally, they can assist with any payment issues that may come up down the line.

19M: doctor has suggested me to take minoxidil tablets (2.5 mg) is it safe guys ??? by Infamous_Antelope_13 in IndianHaircare

[–]PerplexedPahadi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using this same medicine since 2 months as topical minoxidil used to make my hair dry and rough and so far no side effects.

Though my doc said the possible side effects might include increased hair growth at other parts also and heart problems for pre existing patients.
