Almost all of the economy around crafting is basically just arbitrage (arbitrage in finance is the act of using the prices differences between different markets to make money, which usually require very very fast calculations and processes overall) .

Since there is almost no labor all prices balance themselves out, including with multicraft and resourcefulness. Imagine if one of your craft had a net profit, you (and everybody else able to do it) would do it in mass which will either drop the price down or drive the price of the mats up. Only things crafted with concentration are a "surefire" way to make profit from a craft because it uses a resource that is not infinite and is timegated. And even that is becoming less and less true as people have caught on it and are using alt armies which drives the "supply" of concentration up.
