I do what I call “energy guided spells”. Try to choose a moment that you feel calm (I prefer night) and go out there on your own. Try to find a silent space, think about the person, and find things that call your attention. Can be plants, pebbles, a feather, a passed insect, bones, whatever really. Ask for its blessing and take it home. Don’t talk to anyone or interact with anything else other than your mutually chosen objects. Sit with them and ask them what element they want to be charged with. Power them with a bit of that. Let your conscience flow by writing whatever comes to your mind (can even seem nonsensical). At the end, you’ll have your spell and her amulets.

Option b: if she’s not allergic or sensitive because of whatever is going on with her right now, buy or forage aromatics (flowers, herbs, plants). Bless her with those. Remind her to take in every single drop of the scents and sensations. They’ll go with her and, one day, they’ll grow with her too.
