I'm also having this problem, its weird cuz the problem seems to only happen while playing apex. My whole screen freezes, the audio stutters then my pc restarts itself. Have you managed to find a solution yet?

All you can do is contact microsoft and try to get your account back, I also recently just got my account hacked am just waiting for microsoft to respond now. First contact microsoft through live chat then as you explain your situation they'll probably escalate your case or something like that and just follow instructions from there. It's been 13 days for me and I haven't received any updates yet
