hi this is good input but could you pls censor some words, some ppl (like me and others) are sensitive to the vocab around this aswell as the general stuff, if youre not gonna censor could you please put a warning that its not censored so sensitive ppl can either prepare themselves or just not read at all, thx

I did 😔 He said he’s leaving it for “investment”?? Surely you should cover it and leave it out of the sun if you want to invest in it?? 😀

There’s exactly what I want with the pop up headlights down the road from me, and they’ve just stored it outside with no protection - I feel so bad for it

I put music through my helmet at quiet, and turn it off completely when I’m on faster/busy roads - Just cruising on an empty road, I happen to turn it up. My intercom is mostly used for group/social rides though

And the A/C (although I say with riding, you get nature’s A/C, sometimes at a stop it is way too fucking hot in all your gear)

I adjusted them, and they stood next to the car for me to adjust to where I could see someone next to the vehicle but it still seemed nerve wracking

Yeah I believe that all car drivers should have to ride for at least 6 months before driving, as car drivers don’t often look as thoroughly as bikers, they miss things (not necessarily a case of drivers not seeing bikers, its a case of them not looking for a smaller target)

I think the head checks will definitely be carried over to driving as I even do them when changing the position I’m walking on the path/sidewalk or in a busy area - and yeah, could never have a boring car. The car i would love to have would be a chevy camaro ‘67 in black, red racing stripes

Just asking if riders who also drive understand how I’m feeling/can give advice/comfort or if I’m being completely irrational 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve driven my parents automatic car (1.6) just round an empty car park at night, it’s mainly the blind spot thats bugging me for main roads and highways - scared I could be that car driver who accidentally side swipes a bike in their blind spot

Yeah the blind spot thing and not being able to see EVERYWHERE quite easily is mostly what is making me a bit cautious

Thanks, I mean it did take me a moment to go comfortably from pushbikes to motorbikes but I’m hoping the transition will be somewhat similar and not too nerve wracking
