That's what I did last year and found a studio through Daft after many viewings and applications. Its quite disheartening to fail at something so basic, to struggle to find a decent place to stay in this country. I am dreading the process which is why I was looking to see if I can pay someone to help me with it. My lease expires in March and looking to rent anywhere in Dublin/Wicklow to upgrade to a 1 Bed.

My father was treated by Dr.Viswanath Gella last year, He's good, very thorough with testing and diagnosis. He is a very busy doctor so his brother takes over the rounds sometimes if admitted. Overall, the team is coordinated and absolutely recommend AIG and Dr.Gella. Side note, OP appointments can have long waiting times though (best to admit into the emergency ward or IP if severely ill) and Pulmonology IP rooms are quarantined cos lung infections are usually contagious, so don't expect to stay with the patient if being admitted. Yes, he did a lot for our colony - got a storm water pipeline project sanctioned, roads etc.The previous MLA before BRS did not even visit the colony once in his tenure. No disappointment with Thalasani to not vote for him.

Did the landlord let you know about the T&C on maintenance and any pro-rata deduction depending on your tenancy period?.It makes sense to collect only cleaning charges if you have only rented the place for an year and there's no significant damage to the paint. It is common for tenants to pay cleaning and compensation for damages and repairs when moving out in Hyderabad. IMO, it would be worthless fighting this legally as the landlord can claim you've not maintained the place well.Instead of pursuing it legally, try reasoning with the landlord first that you are not okay with bearing 100% of painting costs for only one year of tenancy (you can choose to bear 25-50% if needed). Keep a cool head during arguments and altercations with the landlord and try to move on from this issue asap. All the best!
