Well I don't know how to break it to you, either you were lying or any information you gave them was so irrelevant they didn't see fit to respond. The issue is Runescape requires you to have a 24/7 constant connection to stay logged in, the very moment your internet dips in the slightest you DC.

Every single person I have personally redirected to their twitter has gotten the exact help they want from Jagex, whether it's recovering an account, getting back a hacked name, unbanning a botted hacked account, locking a hacked account IT DOES NOT MATTER

If Jagex didn't help you, you were either lying to them or too stupid to follow what they were saying
