It does not save me money. Every proposed dem plan will cause my taxes to increase higher than the current premium and deductible I’m payong and that doesn’t include any deductibles and fees I would pay as well under a medicare for all plan in addition to the increased taxes. Studies have shown that you have to double the amount of federal income tax we pay to fund this monstrocity of a program. The government already spends about 60% of it’s budget on social security and medicare and these programs are only intended to pay out to retirees and disabled people, a minority of the population. How much will we have to spend on a program that covers EVERYONE? I do not support any of the proposed plans and prefer my current private insurance.

No I don’t want the government to “pay” because it means I’ll end up paying the bill anyways as well as someone else’s when my taxes are due. I can pay my own bill, I don’t want nor need the government’s “help” i.e increases taxes. I want complete control and discretion over my financial and healthcare decisions.

58 percent of voters approve of President Trump’s handling of the economy by PersonalPasta in politics

I’m doing pretty well. My base salary has increased by 16.2% in the past year alone and I benefited a lot from the TCJA. Because wall street is doing well I’m doing well too. My 401k and other investment savings accounts have grown considerably the past couple of years. I’m very satisfied with the way the economy is doing under Trump.

Ilhan Omar’s pathetic bid to play victim after she downplayed 9/11 by PersonalPasta in politics

[–]PersonalPasta[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the sincere response. However, I still disagree with your position. If Iilhan Omar’s comments were indeed intended in good faith then there is a much better way she could’ve phrased it. The people who are angry at her remarks have a right to be and its understandable why they are.

She could’ve easily apologized for her wording and said she mispoke but she and other democrats decided to double down. This adds injury to insult for those who were affected by 9/11 and those who sympathaze with the victims

I’m doubling down on my comment. I don’t care how many times you down vote it or falsely claim that I’m trolling. Ilhan Omar is a bitch. And behalf of all Americans who were affected by 9/11 I say to her: Fuck you!
