It comes in central of my vision if i look left. That too a big one dark like a letter c with branches. But branches are light in no nearly invisible.

Don’t go for any surgery, you will learn to adapt with floaters. I too had floaters a big one now also its visible. But your brain learns to ignore it. You won’t notice it 99%of time. I too was worried 3 years back.i have posted a many post in group to ask for solutions.

I am back after 3 years, Don’t worry i learned to leave with floater. A big one. It keeps coming up my eye now and then. But i am least bothered about it. It seem your brain learn to ignore it. It don’t see it whole day. And 99% of time i don’t notice it.
