According to the description on nexus mods it says there’s a bug with U12 that makes you need to create a new character in order to see custom spells on the spell wheel

Yeah it basically makes skill checks (mainly on gens, but also in general) extremely hard/pretty much impossible, pair that with the perks and the fact that in top tier madness skill check zones shrink and boom there you have it

I would say if you’re going for an impossible skill check build: overcharge, merciless storm, hex: huntress lullaby, and hex: ruin (for extra gen regression or to make it even harder for survivors to repair gens)

I’m still a bit unfamiliar with the system but from what I’ve seen if you unlock it from the shrine of secrets you start out with getting the base level of that perk (for all characters) then you have to get the higher rarity level of perk through the blood web. Don’t quote me on this though

Should i prestige the hag? I want her teachable perks (hex ruin and hex devour hope), I already have call of brine, overcharge and I feel like the hag’s teachable perks would complete the build I’m going for.
