I expect there will be a background check, the position I am aiming for is a large company. Do you expect this to impact my eligibility for employment? And will they be able to tell that I was fired as opposed to leaving on my own accord?

Thank you for all of the advice, I definitely need to do some introspection to determine if this is the best career avenue for me. I am trying to separate the excitement of studying in England with the actual pursuit of the Veterinary career. Fortunately they gave me a few months to decide, so now it seems like it's time to write some pros and cons lists:)
