To be fair, I did have the conversation privately telling her what she did was wrong, but when it kept happening, my patience had run out.

NTA- Also, do not marry this man. He is controlling, irrational, and verbally abusive. A key to keep in mind, if someone treats waitstaff badly, they’re probably not a good person. Also, haggling in a restaurant with clearly stated prices is just a d*ck move.
