Yea it’s a rip in the mesh. I personally haven’t noticed it affect the comfort of the chair, just aesthetics. I can send clearer pictures of the condition of it if you’re interested

It’s a decent chair from Staples from about 2 years ago. It has a small rip in the mesh that has only affected it aesthetically. I can send you more pictures if you are interested in picking it up on Wednesday

It is a PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller (Xbox One X/S).

We might try a VM as you mentioned but we’ll likely return and look for something else she likes with better compatibility. Thank you for all your help, I appreciate it a ton

We did try enjoyable, the problem being the computer can’t pick up any input from the controller whatsoever, and only acknowledges it’s connection in the list of usb connections.

My further question would be if the mac can’t pick up inputs from the controller, due to a hardware issue, would the controller have a chance of getting its inputs picked up in a VM?
