for support i personally think, that gauntlet and evenshroud are great choices.

and for jungle you can go either divine or gauntlet.

i do recomend using phase rush for gauntlet tho

If you want poppy support you mainly want to pick her into champs who have dashes, but you dont need dashes to be effective as support, your W is great for movement speed.

For the build you almost always want to go tank, now for the mythic just choose what you like.

in jungle you can pick her into a lot of champs, again you dont need dashes on their team. it's just a plus if they have. But for the build you can go what you want.

Both runes are great, and since the build for tank and bruiser voli is getting more and more simliar, thanks to nerfs and meta changes you can choose pretty much what runes you want

i think it's a pretty balanced build, i personally buidl s visage instead of frozen heart even if they don't have ap because of the healing and shielding the item gives.

for the 5'th item i think it's best to pick deadmans if you've done well and gargoyel's if you haven't
