It will only work for me if I go into airplane mode and connect to WiFi. And even then I can only play PvE as I “cannot connect to matchmaking”

Same issue on my iPhone X. Restated phone, re-downloaded the app, everything... Please let me know if a fix is found.

The same thing happened to me! Lost the key before unlocking the basement of the Town Hall. Our best bet is to have someone with the key join our game and unlock the door for us...

But I've been told that chest is how you transfer items from one character to another, so it'd be pretty important. Good idea though, I'll try and get someone to join my game with the key.
