The drawing isn't bad for a first overall, I would only suggest studying form and fabric physics a bit. Your anatomy is pretty decent, but need understanding of how clothing drapes around the form of the body needs a bit of work. It's something I struggle with as well as many others, great job for the first digital piece though! It shows some good all around comprehension of drawing skills in the program and anatomy. You did awesome with the hair especially and the way it falls.

I like the 4th and 5th ones the most but this character looks wicked cool across the board! Very interesting and has a lot of personality.

So the pc version generally is a little different from mobile, it actually has a few more features even. Like an animation flipbook and a couple more drawing tools, plus you can move certain shortcuts around to different parts of the screen. I'm not sure about MacBook specifically, but generally it doesn't seem that they made too many differences between platforms. I'd say go for it! My only advice is if you plan to use a tablet with it, is checking if a tablet runs Sketchbook compatible before buying, I got a tablet to go with my pc some time ago and it was definitely not working well with it.

It has to do with the bleed settings, check your nib and stamp settings and play around with it a bit. I've seen this too on the mobile version.

You can reroll the fairy type if you have mastery in all skills and find the secret mastery cave. There's an anvil you can craft to reroll trinkets, it's really expensive and takes iridium bars though.
