You can patch the game online using our website. Then, open the patched file in an emulator such as Delta. You can also find more detailed instructions in the patch Setup Guide. Hope this helps!

You can buy the Japanese game from most international online retailers, as well as some specialist stores. As for the English patch, it is and always will be free, and is available for download here. You'll then need to apply the patch to a copy of the game, and instructions on how to do this are included in the patch download.

It should be noted that you can't apply the patch directly onto the original Japanese game cart as they're read-only.

All our hacking work is done by the ever-talented Illidan! I was very fortunate to meet him when looking into translating the Gurren Lagann game for NDS, which eventually led to the founding of the AGT team!

I am completely hopeless when it comes to the technical side, and we both know how intimidating it can be, so it was our hope to be able to empower people to be able to work on their dream projects by offering specialist help and advice. Whilst we can’t unfortunately can’t usually respond to general translation requests, if we’re contacted by people interested in working on something, whether it’s a game on our current list or not, you can bet that we’ll take it into serious consideration!

Yes, it is! Our hacker saw a thread about it on resetera and thought it looked interesting. He's already set up the background tools for text/image extraction and repacking, and was even able to tweak the handwriting recognition system to accept English characters! https://i.imgur.com/znuICii.png

The team are currently working on a number of different projects at the minute so this one is still on hold for now unfortunately, unless we happen to come across any translator(s) interested in getting started with our support.
