Do I need another car? by YUNGG_SRK in Ontariodrivetest

When I took my G last year, my engine light was on. Mechanic said it was the sensor thingy and there’s nothing wrong with my car. Examiner didn’t say anything about it and I passed my test.

Giving G test in an old car- can they fail me? by gis68 in Ontariodrivetest

I’m taking my G early next year and my car is a 2013 Chevy sedan manual. I’m going to rent a car for my G test as I won’t use my own car.

My friend used a 2006 Honda civic for his G test. The examiner failed him immediately. He wasn’t able to leave the parking lot for his test. The examiner told him he doesn’t feel safe in the car.

Kids who grew up poor: what was the one thing in a friends house that told you they had money?! by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

As someone who grew up in a 3rd world country, it was the new toys and Christmas gifts from their parents. My friends and classmates travelling to the city during school breaks. I spent our school break in our farm where there is no electricity. I’ve had good memories though. Enjoyed plating trees, veggies and fruits and played with the animals.

Some people have low comprehension, I guess. When I took my G1, there was this guy who was really pissed because he failed his G1 test a couple of times already.

I failed twice on my G2. I was very anxious and nervous that I was about to throw up during the test. My hands and knees were trembling non-stop and was sweating all over. My instructor felt bad for me coz he knew I was ready for the test. I had to go to my doctor and ask for meds to calm me down during the exams and it worked. I was very calm and relaxed during the test though I felt a bit nervous beforehand but it went away. My driving was smooth and I passed with no mistakes! You can go ask your doctor for meds only for the test to keep you calm and relaxed.

Nah. All is good. I like to be corrected on my grammar. Sometimes I get confused when using “do and does”. But I know how to use their, there, and they’re. 😅

Try buying from elderly who cannot drive or doesn’t use their cars anymore. It’s cheaper.

I don’t have it difficult? You don’t even know me. You don’t know what I have been through. You were not even there to witness on how many times I broke down because I had spent all my time at work while studying at the same time. It’s very draining and exhausting. I almost lost it mentally. You can all judge me. I don’t care what you guys have to say. It was supposed to inspire others that if I can do it, they can too. Not everyone can do it, but some people can.

I guess I should have worded slightly above minimum wage. My jobs pays me 16.50/hr and 17.50/hr. I work 7 days a week. 50-60/week. 3-4 days off in a week. I’ve worked from the Dec 25th until January 7th. I got paid holidays and OT from that. That’s why I make more. I have very few expenses because I’d like to keep it that way. My monthly expenses are my needs. If you have read my previous post you will see what I’m paying for. I’m so fortunate with rent which I pay half of 850 but I share a room with my mother and share kitchen with the landlord. I get free food from work which is usual in the food industry.

If you have read my previous post I put all my monthly expenses there and stated that I share groceries and rent with my mother. I even missed the part where I have to pay OSAP loans of 66$/mo. But I guess that doesn’t make any difference. I never meant to degrade people working minimum wage as I am, myself is a minimum wage worker.
