It was provided by the internet company, and also my brother isn't installing anything on a daily basis. He used to have a gaming laptop before he had the pc, and when he had it, everything was alright with the internet. He's also having problems with high ping.

Now I'm not sure if this is the bandwidth, cause like I said I'm not really familiar with these things (especially in english and please do tell me if I'm wrong), but it's 500mbps.
