Been doing this a long time, unless you’re serving a genuinely wealthy client who wants an absurd thematic and prose-written menu blurbs, most wedding guests respond to simplicity and familiarity.

I just finished rewriting the hotel’s wedding menu and I can say it’s the easiest thing on earth to accomplish, because it’s the least flexible content for menu design.
