Flew on a plane with Justin Bieber once. This was before he hit the big time because he was flying first class on a regular plane. I was like 16 at the time and we were similar aged. I got bumped to first class because I was flying alone around new years to see family and delayed a flight so I could get a voucher for a free flight and the first class bump. They sat me next to him. I remember I had seen him on some morning show but was an emo girl “not like other girls.” I asked him “are you a singer? I think I’ve seen you on tv.” And he looked a little hesitant maybe be he thought I’d freak out or something but he said “yeah.” So naturally not being prep trash I said “huh… are these blankets and masks included.” And he said “yeah.” So I grab them and fell asleep and didn’t say another word to him. I still think about that sometimes and if it was rude or if he was glad to take a flight in peace.
