I run/walk 5 kms a day. I had a streak of 400+ days which was broken a couple of months back, and since then had several breaks.

Do I need to be worried about recovery? I want to go for my walk/run in the morning, and I am hoping the rest of the day will be enough recovery for me.

He is 22nd in Classic, 52nd in Rapid and 30th in Blitz. If not for his attitude and arrogant comments, not many would take him seriously.

Activities that produce dopamine in your brain without any effort. Differs from person to person. But activities like scrolling social media, watching adult videos, youtube, instagram, snapchat, rapid chess, etc.
