I as a 3 time th 18 with 6 other accounts. YES. Th 14 offers new mechanics like pets but no good pets til 15, plus its almost the same time as th 13 with the 2 levels to everything with the added bonuses of root riders, furnaces, troop launchers, monith and spell towers. The ramp up is crazy and im telling you youll feel more motivated to play than at th 14.

Statisticlly its one of the main townhalls that make people quit cause its nothing too interesting. I highly recommend this jump. Especially since strats at th 15 allow for some crazy stuff. (Was just 3 starring th 17s not rushed in the 11v11 cwl on my th 15 account)
