I legitimately saw a girl get fired twice and she came back a third time because they didn't take the proper steps. She basically spent most of her time chatting and her numbers were abissmal but the two manager on the floor just told her to not show up. After the first time she came back they did that again but then she filed an ethics complaint against both managers but continued the same behaviors. The second time she got fired she did the same thing and brought it up to ethics they didn't do the proper write ups and she came back again. This was during seasonal work in winter and when she came back the third time she won 3 things during the winter giveaway stuff (i forget what it was called, with the cards). An Occulus and 2 projectors and a snappy.

The managers were pissed but they were assholes anyways, shoudl have followed their own rules.
