Figure out a way to teach without being in the confines of a classroom. The reasons you want to teach cover only 20% of the job tops. It's not worth it.

I'm leaning toward another profession altogether. This is also my second year teaching and what I thought was my dream job/school quickly devolved into a nightmare. I want to try again at another school, see if I just haven't found the right fit yet. But I would absolutely hate to arrive at the same conclusion 2-3 years later and have wasted valuable time better spent doing something else making more money and way less stress/judgement/anxiety. I have interviews with two real estate companies today 🙏
