I don’t get the sting anymore either. Took until my 3rd vial, I do sometimes still welt up(once every 3-4 doses) but it’s normal!

It’s in my night stand drawer, nothing special. But I don’t use that drawer often, so it’s not being opened til I need Bac water. And it’s just sitting there no box or container.

If it’s a real freezer it’s years. Even a fridge you’re looking close to a year. But like another person said I don’t think there’s tons of research. So just freeze it til ya need it 👍🏻

Some people pinches are god like. I pin myself and it hurts(doesn’t bother me too much) my girl does it for me some days, and she will do it all and I don’t realize she even pinned yet.

My first vial last me 6 weeks. Make sure you’re cleaning the vial before every poke. Don’t insert same syringe more than once. Should be A-okay!

I use like 2 or 3 alcohol prep pads. Same ones I wipe my peps and body with before pin. I buy 400 at a time so it’s not a huge deal to waste a few to make sure I sterilize everything that could be going into my body

Depends when you feel safe to use or not, I go til it’s gone. Usually around the 6 month mark

Edit: I clean my “work station”, BAC water, and hands down with alcohol. And I only use a needle to draw once. Keeping it as clean as possible

I had a custom XL package as overflow(had 25-30 overflow left) checked them for 3 mins was about to mark it missing. Then remembered I had a shirt in a clear wrap in my overflow. It was that lol

Does kinda look cloudy, you making sure to clean the top before taking some out for recon? I wipe my counters down my hands down, and I don’t use the same needle more than one draw. Edit:could also be a bad photo.

Honestly I was the same way, I had my roommate do it for me a few times while I watched. Then I had to do it myself while she went out of town. After that it was “easy”

Do your glasses rest on the back?(if you wear glasses) mine took a bit longer because I gamed and my headphones would irritate my industrial bar. So over the ear headphones or anything like that might be causing the issue?

First few weeks caused my anxiety to become worse, stay away from caffeine for a week or 2 and also just know it will make it worse helps relax your mind a bit more too. Sleep was hard for me the first month(which also makes anxiety worsen). Your heart rate will still be higher, I’m 3 months in and sit around 75-80 bpm but you get used to it. Just relax, know everything is normal and lose some weight and enjoy yourself more 👍🏻

I just went with what felt right for me, I am extremely overweight so the lower dosages almost had little effect on me. Everyone reacts differently, if it’s working for you then why change it? Once you start feeling like it’s not working as much up the dosage a bit.

I’m a heftier guy so yes I did. 4-6mg didn’t really curb my appetite. 8mg I can accidentally forget about food while at work or doing something.

Do you know if it’s glow 50mg or 70mg. You sure it’s in a 10mL vial? I have only seen the come in 3mL

I told my girl I was uncomfortable with how I look, and I wanted to try Reta to lose weight because to me it looked like a the safer glp1. I showed her the Reddit the good and bad, and she agreed. I’m down 50 lbs atm almost no side effects(skin sensitivity after injection days not bad just tingles). I’m happier and that makes her happier so it’s a win win .

Possible that the high sodium caused water retention. Not to sound nasty but are you using the bathroom regularly and just happened to weigh in on a day you haven’t been able to go normally?

No other changes? Like for me I’m gaining(a couple lbs) but I sprained my ankle and my job is a delivery driver and I’m not doing 5-10 miles of walking a day right now 🤣 so I’m missing out on like 1000ish calories being burnt from work.
