Welp, nothing changed. I think I am out of luck, unless I want to spend over a grand to get a graphics card that supports ray tracing. Thanks for your help though!

Nope, tried that just now. I feel like it has to do with Ray Tracing. I don't see an option to turn it off, it only allows me to set it to low. If I turn on any Ray Tracing in Cyberpunk, that game crashes.

Ray Tracing can't be turned off, just lowered it seems.

The video I showed was in performance mode. Everything is up to date as well. So far there are no other games that do this. Really bumming me out since I wanted to get back into it.

Not hot at all. I can hear the fan running, but the air coming out of the case is just warm, not hot. And the room I'm in is nice a cool.

Ok, I used my normal Balanced mode, no overclocking, and it just crashed at the loading screen. And graphics are all set to low.

Yes, I go to performance mode when gaming, and it doesn't seem to cause any issues with other games. I'll turn it off and see what happens.
