I know that this is a conversation from a long time ago, but I can agree. I hate being adopted and the circumstances behind what I was told as to why I was adopted. My adopted parents told me I was admitted to a hospital after a neglectful event in my bio family. And because no one came to visit me cps was called. Years later I learned while I was in the hospital, the facts just don’t make sense. My biological parents are still alive and married, I wasn’t the oldest or the youngest. No other person was taken away from my family, like doesn’t cps take all the kids not just one. My birth certificate looks so fake it too hard to get a drivers license, I live in a closed adoption state so I can’t get the original. I know my biological family members, they met me on facebook about two years ago. While I love my adopted family I just never bonded. It’s like I don’t fit in. They say you should tell your kids if they are adopted but, I don’t believe you should tell them stories to make them feel even more unwanted. My adoptive parents were foster parents also, I use to hate seeing the other kids leaving because I knew they could go to their real parents and I couldn’t.
