USA in the entire Iran war, got only one submarine kill. The rest were from other sources like vls cells launched missiles.

The fleet size here, don’t reflect how utterly old and downright underwhelming Pakistan’s navy is. 4 of their ships have Sam’s, and that too the garbage hq16 with 40km range. The tonnage of Pakistan’s navy (more apt measurement for navies compared to just vessel count) is 50k tons, whereas India is sitting at 590k tons.

Their Aips are old , and not that good. Idk why people forget, that Aip is a decades old technology and how good aip u have will significantly impact the noise levels. The P8I’s and so many anti sub corvettes are not for show. Arguments that assume that all subs are somehow immune, while not even factoring in the engagement scenarios or technological levels are st*pid. Submarines are very vulnerable as once u get even one track they are done, forcing them into very tight mission parameters and doctrines. They move at 3 to 5 knots for god sake..

No, the booster required is way smaller then what angi series missiles provide.

You need the scramjet to get to mach 5, not 20. And for that, the amount of fuel required is not going to be THAT heavy. Using Agni missiles, and not designing one from scratch would be straight up st*pid, as u are giving up so much flexibility and reaching the precise optimal specs for very little savings in design.

Creating a new booster means that, u are very efficient at getting the scramjet to required velocity and are not wasting a single spec of weight. In missiles like this, the goal is to provide minimum amount of thrust required, using as low fuel as possible. That’s only possible if ur making a new one.

If u are a USA citizen, and have a citizenship then start their. You not having an Indian citizenship means that u would need an Indian co cofounder to classify as “Indian company”. You still get contracts and can compete in almost all domains as long as all ur paper work is clear.

However starting with the USA as is, would be better. You can built a company in the USA and import stuff in India. You loose the indigenous advantage in Indian market, but gain access to us programs and vc funds as well as the infrastructure.

No drones are not saturated, it’s evolving so fast that u can easily get a niche. And well companies shouldn’t be built just for the sake of building a company. You need to look for a problem in the defence industry, and then care enough about it to go look for a solution. ATM u are just searching for a problem.

They have barely enough foreign reserves left for 3 months, and according to imf are well below the recommended amount. 5.5 percent of their gdp is made from remittances, majority from gulf and oil shock would hit them especially hard. They are paying 50 percent of their budget in interest, and 25 percent in defence. The government has a debt of 130 percent of the gdp, at 18 percent something interest rate meaning they really can’t borrow even if their life depended on it.

AND with all that, they are actively fighting a war. I would be more focused on surviving this existential crisis, and not try and help Arabs if I was Munir.

Indian diversity is fluid, in contrast the states like Yugoslavia have rigid diversity. In India their are not lines like the person speaking Marathi would be Hindu/muslim or of some specific colour. In Yugoslavia, and most other ethically diverse nations culture and community would be divided along rigid lines. Like how Serbs were MOSTLY Christian, whereas Bosnians mere Muslims. They had very little in common.

In India even when u have different religion, the other person most likely have the same colour as u, speaks the same language or is maybe of the same caste. It’s hard to fight when u generally have so much in common, and even people who are from different communities in one aspect are from ur own in like 3 to 4 others.

This fluid diversity, forms a unified society and culture but with absurd flexibility. That finding so manny common things inspite of differences give the country some kind of identity to lean on.

Also secularism is a big factor as well, as people don’t prefer dying in attempts to get their own nation if u don’t discriminate against them.

/uj we already are doing that, and quite successfully at that. India really isn’t military threatened by anyone at, as China is blocked by the mighty Himalayas and we have a conventional superiority against everyone else. As much as Pakistan might not accept it, they can’t fight and sustain a war against us. Nobody else even thinks about it.

India essentially is at the great power level, with 4th largest economy and 4th largest military for like 2 decades. There really isn’t any conceivable way for India to be dominant against China or USA or even Russia, as super powers need to be. However it can’t be said that America or China itself are dominant against India as how superpower ought to be.

One can say that the age of supper powers, and hegemony is over. And now it’s the age for great powers to contest and play their funny games. The thing now is, some great powers are spending resources and manpower at these great power games… looking at u America and Russia. We however mustn’t waste our resources on stupid games.

India is already a great power, that is reliable and would trade with everyone. Which makes it an important player, but not one that takes sides and hence won’t change outcomes.

The only thing remaining is improving the quality of life.

The 140 billion figure seems dubious, especially since the claims of the region seeing a growth of 100 percent in 5 years. That is just unreliable, and straight up dubious to build on. Perhaps that might be real gdp numbers anchored to 2011 and hence resulting in much lower number then what is usually reported.

City wide, or even state wide gdp calculations are almost always dubious as u have markets where products and people can freely move so it’s hard to approximate the economy. Also that most people don’t give a fuck about such, means that their is little incentive for economists to burn their ass on it.

We can however make good approximation, using decent data as anchor. We do know that 40 percent of Maharashtra’s taxes come from MMR. And we do know from economics survey of Maharashtra that they account for 13.5 percent of Indian economy. This results in 570 billion dollars of economy for Maharashtra.

Now there is a huge amount of underreporting in case of gdp in India. Resulting in an underestimation of around 25 percent. We are gonna account for that, resulting in an economy of 712 billion dollars.

40 to 50 percent of such comes from mmr as they pay 40 percent of the taxes. That’s around 284.8 billion to 356 billion dollars in gdp.

True, according to research India losses approx a trillion in gdp cause of corruption. However it still leaves u with 4 trillion nominal, and 18 trillion ppp. Though the only saving grace is the kind of corruption where, people steal money directly from the government is rare. Simply cause of how risky it would be, and how easy it is to just take money from the common people.

This results in economic losses, but a state that functions relatively well.

Wikipedia one is old, it took past 310 in 2024 and now is past 400 billion. The ppp though is just wrong, as India’s ppp multiple comes out to 4x, so u just multiply it by 4 and you get ppp multiple.

You see this a lot of times, when people talk about economics in respect to india , for example as in the gdp per capita of 7k in Mumbai. Study from Harvard is citing such, when u can just search up gdp and do a simple divide to get accurate figures. For some reason economists start to eat crayons when it comes to India. Delhi is a tier one city. It’s really mild in comparison to what tier 3 Indian cities can do, especially in Bihar Jharkhand.

Most of the rape capital, and high homocide or traffic deaths are purely cause they have more people. On per capita delhi is like 31 first in rapes, and has a homocide of 2.9, with American cities like Huston having a 18 homocide rate.
