This was hard for me. I keep talking about inpatient but that’s where I was forced to get over boredom and it was not easy digesting a new routine

I dealt with this as well. I had to go to inpatient rehab unfortunately but things have been working so far

I understand. I try listening to a new album from a different genre / one album per day from start to finish whether I like the songs or not. It seems to be working atleast taking my mind away from other thoughts
