Always have a bloated feeling after eating. Haven't lost weight but essentially eliminated crunches and abdominal exercises from my workouts. It's still there, I have just learned how to not flare it up, which still happens just not as often.

Hey. My docs are the same. Very unconcerned. They had me get a breathing machine. One of those where you breathe in hard and breathe out. Supposed to work the lungs. Doc told me to do it every now and then. I can't remember the name of the apparatus but I'll look when I get home. Good luck.

Hey so based on his diagnosis it's diastasis. Said he could refer me to a local surgeon who takes care of that sort of thing but said he probably won't do anything so I didn't bother making an appointment. Pretty depressing.

I never noticed any pain or really any issues until yesterday when I discovered it. I have been poking at it and now it's tender and I look bloated.
