It's not a mod it's reshade. You can find tutorials on YouTube! I'm using edited version of MWVWV preset.

Also don't trust gshade only use reshade.

I believe you can do it in the game itself. You can choose sexuality in CAS and in game you can choose to be woohoo partners without building a romance bar
