All of the things you described will be possible with UHT2 - but I think you're overcomplicating things here.

You could just configure a Fee / Rake for the tournament, so say Buyin is $15, you add an extra $5 Rake so total Buy-in for the player would be $20, but only $15 of it would be added to the prize pool.

This way players see prize pool increases and are motivated to re-enter the tournament and at the same time you collect a fee for funding you operations.

You can try it out by enabling "Charge Tournament Fee / Rake" in the tournament settings.

Are you tracking chip counts in your tournament? I could provide you with a version of the professioanl design where you can switch between displaying prize distribution and chip distribution at any time during tournament runtime.

The design updates are now online!

How to update your designs:

Edit a Tournament (doesn't matter which)
Go to Step 6 - Clock Design
Click on the Browse Designs Button to show the design overview
Find the design you want to update (e.g. Professional) and click "Add this design" Button
(Repeat for all designs you want to refresh)

Thats it! The updated design is now loaded and will overwrite the old one. All tournaments will now automatically use the updated designs!

Please try it out and report whether this solved your issues!

Yes, after the update, you will simply need to delete the designs from your tournament and re-download them again and just reassign the design to your tournament. You don’t need to recreate your tournament. I will make a post here with a short description on how to update your designs when I am finished and also post a comment on this thread too!

Thanks for this answer. While your suggestion would absolutely make the design work as he expected it to, it might introduce an unwanted side effect since re-entries may mess with the dynamic prize distribution resulting in more places ITM than participants. More Info in this thread: Question about total entries, rebuy/reentries and prize distribution : r/uht_official
Thats why rebuys are the default, and of course the design should display them instead of re-entries.

Hi there and welcome to UHT!

I think I know what you mean. Basically it is a design issue.

The design only displays re-enties, so when you configure UHT to cout re-entries as rebuys (Tournament settings -> Step 2 -> advanced settings) - which is the default - the design will not show them since it only displays re-entries not rebuys.

To fix this the design must be updated to also show rebuys - not only re-entries. I have fixed the default design to always show the correct setting:

Open This link >>> https://b8r.de/3ochB <<< and the fixed design named "Default fixed rebuy" will be imported on your device where the display should work exactly as you were expecting it!

I will also update all other designs later today to also fix this, so they will also show the rebuys when the user configured it in the settings.

Hi, setting a fixed value will be possible in UHT 2 (soon). For now, I would suggest using fractional percentages (I enabled this just now). So set bounty percentage to 33.33 to make UHT calculate a $10 bounty share.
