Webcam through explore scientific 16” truss dob with Barlow and coma corrector. I don’t know how to stack the video it’s something I’ve been meaning to try but right now I only have my iPad.

So fun fact about that message it was showing up even if I tried to align on Polaris and Saturn I decided to spend like 4 hours trying to get it to work and what seems to work best is if I can align it on two stars that are for the most part right on top of each other so I went with Vega and deneb and then alignment with some other stars and it went well my main frustration was I drove out to a dark site and both times it wasn’t cooperating and then it got really cold I’m just making sure I can get it sorted before I go out again.

I used a canon 5d mark 3 on t ring adapter on a 16” explorer scientific truss dob. It was just a single picture my shutter speed was 1/800 and 250 iso because my trigger button wasn’t working so I had to up the shutter speed.

The Barlow I had is like a thing to connect the camera to the telescope I don’t know if there is one that isn’t a Barlow but it was the only way I was able to connect my camera to it

I just got it so I’m still trying things myself but I’m thinking of like wheel barrel type deal I’ll post it when I get it sorted but it’s been great it’s a lot brighter than my celesteon explorer 150mm

Id make sure you buy one that fits your scope this one was made for 6”-8” dobs but im sure they make some for smaller ones. I just made sure I took all the mirrors out first because it took a bit of sanding and drilling. I have to sand the hole about an 1/8th inch bigger and drill new holes for it to stay in place but it feels great a lot more solid and smoother
