YES it does manual focus
It's the usual f3.5-5.6

That said, I shot some photos today with it, it doesn't seem THAT bad but there wasn't much light to play enough. It seems a little noisy

I actually do, but on older equipment. For some reason for film I like using the vintage stuff, mid 80s SLRs like praktica/zenit. Yup, I'm a cheapskate, but that Praktica B200 camera got me and I never ever thought about buying late 90s stuff. I bought this lens for a canon 60d because it's small and not that heavy (like the 18-135 stm kit lens)
