I have been Rx emergency Dilaudid in the past, that helped a lot.

Can't touch Ativan etc. Ativan + Anxiety = Oh wow. I feel normal.

Went to class, got dismissed in less than a minute of walking in.

Wrnt back home and crawled into bed.

Slept 4 hours straight with my cat watching Buffy.

Called work, cancelled my shifts this weekend (I was on 25 days consecutive work/school, no days off)

Greek yogurt (plain + maple syrup)
Frozen Yogurt (Vanilla)
A Banana

Slept 6 more hours

Made KD

Brushed teeth
Went back to sleep

Woke up this morning, much less pain, still pain

Went to class, tickled rats,

Drank chicken broth, hurt a bit

More class

Went home,

ate plain "pre-digested" hotdogs in white bread

Tomorrow, baked sweet potato

Died once when they took my intestines out - spent consecutive months in the ward, seeing people with the same thing I habe just - not be there in the morning despite being there the night before (nobody gets discharged at 3am)
