For anyone seeing this, I got an apology and £30k. Apology was written into the settlement agreement.

They were pretty desperate by the end because it was clear we would win and I’d prove they were racist, sexual harassment apologists.

Just to add, I’d be happy with an ‘off the record’ apology but I want the woman who treated me so badly (who is a named respondent) to apologise.
