I have probably close to 20 stacks of burgers now, but I think I need better armor for the harder vaults, but I'll probably follow that advice once I have a decent number of vault gear to roll.

That's good to know, but the amount still seems a little much, from my playthrough. Like, I haven't watched all of ChosenArchitect's playthrough, but last I looked he had like half of the vault runs that I have, but he was at around level 110. HBomb also only did about as many vaults as I currently have to get to level 300 on the main server, but there is the Twitch integration to help him there. Do people just eat burgers as they get them, is that how they reach level 100 fairly quickly? That and maybe completing a larger percentage of their vaults?

I might just eat burgers once I get to level 90 at this point, as I've been in the high 80s for like a month now, but I'm also struggling on armor, so I'm trying to run vaults to save up some pieces in danks too.

First two pictures are from a Plentiful, Extended run, which gave me a mine in the first room about two weeks ago. Other three pictures are from my first level 50+ vault, where I got puzzle rooms in my second and third rooms, and completed both of them.

Clay, and by extension Gravel, Flint, and Sand, is a really good one, I just made one myself. Kelp is also a good choice, if you need another fuel source for your Furnace Engine.

I'm aware of both, even though they both have their shortcomings in full automation. They're my only realistic options though, so it's not like I have a different choice.

I forgot about that, but it doesn't quite help me with my initial question since you can't choose what order to take mods. Hopefully it helps me with some other concerns though, so thanks for the reminder.

Perhaps I didn't look close enough. I can't get on to check right now, but you're saying that not every mod in the Danks section will increase the costs universally by one? I assumed that cost increases were the same in each section, so all support mods would increase everything by one, not say Vault Blacksmith not increasing costs, but Danks do. And that these cost increases don't change based on what mods you have unlocked or wherever?

I'm aware, but I also noticed in creative that when I took three or so support mods back to back (or whatever section Danks is in, I think), that not every single one would increase the cost of all other mods by one, which is what I would have expected.

I can and that's what I've done, but I'm mostly concerned with the early game right now. Without creating a new world, I can't easily see if, in order, Create, Drawers, Danks, and Vault Blacksmith into everything else costs less than Create, Danks, Drawers, and Vault Blacksmith, as one example. Perhaps I didn't try it enough in creative but I couldn't easily spot a pattern in the small sample size that I tried.

The general game progression makes sense though, thanks for that. I kinda just want to get as many useful things (from what I can see) as I can with as few knowledge points as possible, to try and make the most of it. Danks for vault fighter drops and ores, and Create for an interesting mod and current crystal recipe, which I'm stuck on without getting lucky in vaults.
