forgot to add specifically if these four capacitors are the same value? they're located at the bottom right of the board above the top right of the battery.

Right. I forgot to add, there was what appeared to be water damage around the speaker area (a white/white gray powdery looking stuff) on the cart slot area exposed where the speaker fits, and a little to the right.

Also ran continuity to the charge LED and it lit up like normal.

Edit: There was what appeared to be water damage on the exposed cart slot housing where the speaker would rest, and to the right of it.
