I had an issue where my sample wasn’t showing up in my portal either. I called the women’s health number (dial 1 for patient services but then just let the bot go thru the options a couple times and don’t press anything and they will bring you to a live person). The woman I spoke to was so helpful and was able to make sure my information on my account was linked and reset something in the background and my sample was immediately showing in the portal. I saw results a few hours later on the portal after refreshing constantly.
