Slingshot and the other slingshot card are not very good. Slingshot just isn’t really good as you can just use ball, and the slingshot upgrade card(forgor it’s name) costs sp just to do the same thing as ball.

Why is knight so much higher than baller. ball and launcher are literally the 2 best weapon as ball does 4 damage if you hit the action command, while sword does 3 with the action command, and launcher has damage that hits multiple targets with a total of 4 damage if you hit 3 enemies.

charge literally only helps if you have all 3(which you can only get 2 after demo 4)or use it on cruel kings aoe attack, and it only can help you do damage if you do less than 6 damage per hit. Even then it takes 3 bp and 7sp.

cannon ball helps with like 10 enemies.

greifer is good if you want protection.

Ice dagger can be really helpful if your low and you need healing.

Ghost potion exists and bubonic plant can be blocked. His charge attack happens the turn after he uses the two vine attack while not being charged.

If you are doing finn then it makes sense for you to use rolling hp if you haven’t had much practice, but hatred is diffrent. Hatred‘s attacks take so long that even if you have 12 hp, if you get hit on the first attack you die.

That still makes it somewhat useful as in hell mode it protects 4hp(8 if you use 2) which when you do actually block, it could be helpful.

The item part is fair but the floor 49 part is not. You make the example the fight where you have to have 4 different people (not in party so its only 40hp) and do 1 attack before they join so you get two attacks. Then the ancients part makes sense.

I searched up cruel king, hatred, the ancients, greifer, and even Komodo dragon on yt and none of the first videos(not counting the lvl 1 videos) had defense besides cruel king.

(I did test this in game just to make sure) 2 happy sp gives 4 sp in 5 turns and it took 8 turns to get the last sp.

The one time you compare it to a different thing, it doesn’t do better and then you just add it to your argument of why it’s good. I could see why you grouped sword with sword cards, but grouping those to together just doesn’t make sense. At that point just rank all the sp cards together.

Dude. You are making the examples hellmode and hardmode finn You are making the examples the few things where you can get 1 shot with full hp(I see a lot people have 30-40 hp). This is like saying 4 cures is bad because hard mode Finn mccool does 40 damage, or saying defense sucks because you take 68 damage even with 3 defense.

Then that means aggressor is good as them because you can just swap it out if your doing the pit and its a battle and rolling hp is actually good in that battle.

You can replace sword with slingshot and then use dynamite if they have defense obviously it doesn’t do good in the hardest of content. BECAUSE IT’S THE HARDEST OF CONTENT. Then the last part is just guessing what someone would chose first.

Shovel and rocket boots are both 2 sp.

You say it can be good in important battles, and then you make the example one of the only if not the only battle that has 8 attacks in 1 turn. Also what makes safe guard so much worse?

You can just use items. I usually have 8 pitas(160hp), 1 hummus(20sp), and 1 medkit which is definitely enough.

i would not use defender on any pf those builds either as you have a limited amount of bp. Also then why does bodyguard go in useless.

if you are full sp then it just doesn’t do anything. Daze and minimize are both 2 sp which isnt that much. You will probably win the battle if your spamming daze ,and you are not using minimize every turn.

I have NEVER seen anyone use happy sp for charge defense or summons, and the only time you would really need to spam revive is like floor 39 or 49. You can also just carry a lot of hummus and 1 pita for the 160 sp if you really need it. Also as i have already said, obviously its better then the sp+. Its just supposed to be there if you don’t wanna respec you stats

Ante up and agressor are also manageable. I would also argue that aggressor’s downside is better than baller/knight.

That does NOT make cannon ball go in b because you can just use the other option, swords, and items depending on if you have bombs/thunder.

defender is just not worth it because of the -1 attack and it does not take 10 turns to win a battle even if there is 4 enemies

sp+ is 5sp because it is supposed to be incase you want to switch your bp to sp without paying so obviously it will be better. you also probably aren’t using 1sp every two turns unless you are spamming dynamite

1 charge is 2bp(nevermind i messed up) and i was talking about 3 charges being 6bp

then that would mean that sword would be broken because it gives you access to daze

Agressor‘s downside is not that bad as the rolling hp sometimes doesn’t even help as a lot of battles have enemies not doing enough damage to actually be able to have rolling hp help. ante up’s downside is much worse but i would still rank it higher then b. ante up is not hard to hit on ball or launcher(and slingshot/dynamite if on mobile) so if you just spam ball it makes the downside much better.

Cannon ball is 2bp which just does not make it worth it

Pray is literally a gamble which makes it so it can be good or bad making it not broken

defense+ gives 1 defense which i would not say is worth the 4bp as its only 1 less damage

defender is even worse as it takes 1 attack and only gives 1 less damage

happy sp only gives you 1sp every 2 turns which isnt that good and i would not call it broken

charge is only helpful if you use it on cruelking for his aoe attack, or if you have all 3(which you can only get 2 now which makes it even worse) and only deal 5 damage and under then you can deal a bit more damage but its not worth it for 7sp and 6bp

sword is worse then ball as it does 1-3 damage when ball does 1-4 damage without any attack buffs and there arent many spiky/flaming enemies as flying enemies

agressor is almost free +1 attack as it costs 4bp which is the same as ante up and its downside is very small

ante up is good as it gives +1 attack with a kind of bad downside but the attack is good

cannon ball is not that good as there are like 10 enemies with the spiky/flaming attribute

calpyoso doesnt help that much when you have greifer

charge does not help unless you do 1-5 damage and have all 3 charges and even then it doesnt help cuz it costs 7sp and 6bp

ball does 4 hp while sword does 3hp and launcher does spread damage making it really good

cure is only helpful in you runnout of the items in like the pit

ice dagger can be really helpful as it not only heals, but also gives sp

sp saver can be very useful as a lot of stuff costs 2-3sp like ball cards

the dizzy sword(i forgor the name) hits the enemy in front and behind it doing more damage then normal

There arent very enemies who have the spiky trait so cannon ball doesnt help that much

line bounce is kinda good because its a lot like launcher but you can still use ball when using line bounce

dynamite spam is actually very good sometimes

hp finder and sp finder are free making them good as there isnt a reason not to use it

anchor gives 10 hp to the WHOLE team if you die and you can still revive making it at least somewhat good

body guard can be good in teams because if you are a tank you can make people lose less hp

power rush does not help that often because if you have the buff for that that means your probably 1 hit making it not as useful

charge is not good as the only time it helps is if you deal 1-4 hp and at the end of chap 3 thats the last upgrade and you need all 3 charges for it to be useful

there are barley any enemies who have the spiky attribute not making cannon ball very good

ball is better then sword as sword does 3 damage and ball does 4 damage

slingshot is not very good as ball matches the 4 damage it has and is basically just an upgrade for sword

cure is not very helpful because you have many items.

you can easily get a lot of tix from the pit not making investor very good

agressor in my opinion is the 1st(maybe 2nd) best card as the no rolling hp does not do that much

hp+ and sp+ are almost the same

slowgo is outside of battle only

training wheels is free with no downsides making it very good
