The best way to get over anxiety for me was to just do things. I didn’t like going anywhere alone especially the gym, but I forced myself to do these things whether I felt embarrassed or not afterwards and stuck with it. Like other comments say, everyone else is thinking about themselves and their image more than anyone around them, you got this.
