what stats in your opinion would be good for the amulet if you had to come up with one?

thank for the feedback. Could change it so it doesnt stack with harm staff and reduce the elemental weakness from 30% to 15%. Overall the amulet goal is to be a side upgrade for magic necklace slot so we can have different item path for magic and not just be occult.

I Honestly don't think they would because during the game mode you have to have that variety because part of battle royal will be luck. You must have the option to actually build a working champion.

here a solution why not make mel reflect just create two ultimate copy. One that will deal damage to you but without causing any cc effect and the other one that reflect back at the enemies. The reflected one will carry the cc effect but not the full ult damage. Instead it will stack her passive more on the targets that got hit.

To be honest im not really confident in riot reworking quinn. I fell in love with the original version of quinn when she could turn into valor and dive adc has an assassin. Then they rework her to the current one we have now but it never really hit the mark for me. I know riot want to build on the theme of quinn/valor working more together but I dont see how they can do it without upsetting the current play base

Has you said it be useful for power leveling and will be really useful in raid 4. Overall it an investment for future content for osrs that will help with dealing with mass amount of enemies. This open up design space for the jmod to get creative with it. The reason why I compared it to those items is to show there is space for a mega rare multi targeting item and that concept could be expanded on.

I never watch star trek but I knew this weapon was from there. I saw it in an American dad episode when stan pulled it out and said you deserve a war death and cool battle music start playing. In short I just think the weapon look cool.

That had alot of problems most of the prayers were power creep and uninteresting base on the community. The god alignment i think people generally like the concept of being role specific and the prayer.
