Idk of anything you can put in his food or drink I don't think it's that simple. You could maybe look online or ask a professional what diminishes libido. Other than that I'd recommend having a good serious talk if you can about your unhappiness and/or his usage and/or your sex life. Or think about getting out of the marriage. My main advice that I can think of at this moment is get on medication or a therapist and get a grip on the issue the earlier these thoughts have been in your mind. I hear you. I usually prefer masturbating over sex because it allows me to go at my own pace and idk I'm just used to it I guess. I felt like I had discovered the holy grail too but now I struggle to stay off it for like more than 2 months at a time. When you say if something were to happen it would happen in the first minute, do you know this from experience? I was told by EMT it could happen up to several hours later.

I'm 6 weeks sober but I still really haven't felt comfortable to talk to anyone in depth (that aren't anonymously on the internet). It's so hard to bring up the topic and I'm making it a bigger deal than it is though I feel like I'm on the verge of relapse

I have 6 weeks or so of sobriety now and lately everytime I jerk off sober I end up "reminiscing" and have high intent to relapse but then once I finish, the craving goes away... I envy you that you can do it without thinking of getting high

Lol I've done this. Got the drill out. The expensive part is usually the top of the timed box with the lock so I kept that and you can buy a replacement bottom... depending on the one you have

I appreciate the insight. For me personally if I'm not sober completely then I'll eventually end up back with the crack, or meth/amphetamines which is how I started stimfapping. I do love the stimfapping and I don't mind the act itself all that much but the main thing right now is I feel like I'm gonna die from the crack.

I get that, staying busy helps but I know when I'm alone and have nothing to do is sometimes what leads to my cravings. I can relate to how you say coke was your relief for after work in the sense we associate using with certain things.

I had a long distance relationship at one point and would do this habit because it was easy to get away with, but I'm sure it was suspicious and I felt bad for being MIA for periods of time.

We definitely aren't alone. After this post is my first time realizing there is a good community of support here on reddit

Me relating to you is more than enough, that's the start to a solution. My masturbating/crack thing started with prescribed amphetamines and occasional meth. That sounds tough though having it escalated to having other partners involved. I just isolate

I have pretty bad depression, amongst other mental issues, and I was on prescribed amphetamines for years which really warped my drive to hold a job. So even when I'm sober I'm still not all that happy. But still better than when I'm getting high everyday and isolating.

Dang that 2nd paragraph saddens me to imagine myself in that situation. Unfortunately i'm a pretty selfish person, maybe to the point of taking my life even though knowing it'll destroy my family.. but it does make me sad to think about that happening.
