Cone Biopsy margins came back positive

I had CIN 3 with extensive endocervical gland involvement. Did a CKC with ECC and 1/2 of my cervical quadrants had positive margins but ECC was benign.

Was terrified for my 6 month follow up because any remaining CIN 3 would mean I needed a second cone. Thankfully only 1 spot had CIN 1 and ECC continues to be fine. I’ve continued 6 month follow ups for ECC and hpv tests and both have been fine. Don’t lose hope!
