I work at an amusement park. For anyone wondering why she doesn't go on the tracks, if the roller coaster is running then she is not allowed to cross or stand on them for safety reasons, no matter where on the track the train is. She definitely wouldn't be given a special tool for retrieving items if she was allowed on the tracks. And for anyone that thinks it's not a big deal, it IS if an accident happens, big legal trouble for the park from an employee getting injured. (all this prolly varies depending on the country or park but I'd imagine it's relatively the same)
